Reach truck operator

As a Reach Truck Operator, you’ll be at the heart of global supply chain operations. You’ll start your day before 08:30, grab a coffee, and kick off with your team. The energy is high, the trucks are arriving, and it’s time to get moving. With every load you handle, you help keep the world turning.
This role is more than just driving a reach truck. You’ll help organize, move and manage goods from all corners of the world. From unloading deliveries to prepping outgoing orders — your accuracy and drive make the difference.
What you’ll do
- Load and unload trucks using a reach truck and forklift
- Check and register incoming and outgoing shipments
- Store goods in the right warehouse locations
- Keep inventory accurate using handheld scanners and systems
- Pick orders and prepare them for international transport
- Move pallets safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Spot and solve inventory issues as they arise
- Work closely with your teammates to keep operations running smoothly
- Contribute ideas to improve daily processes
What we’re looking for
- Valid reach truck certificate (forklift license is a plus)
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong command of Dutch or English (spoken and written)
- Full-time availability and physically fit for active work
- You’re safety-conscious and precise in your work
- Proactive and dependable, the team counts on you
- A valid driving license (category B)
- You enjoy working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment

- A competitive gross monthly salary between 2600 - 2850 euro gross (based on 40 hours per week)
