We’re looking for a Sales Performance Coach to join our Learning & Development team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging trainings, provide desk-based coaching, and support the onboarding journey of our junior consultants – helping them become the next top performers in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales trainings (classroom, workshops, roleplays, desk coaching)
- Support onboarding for new consultants and drive retention through impactful coaching
- Provide 1:1 and group coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and performance
- Listen to sales calls and give actionable feedback to improve communication & conversions
- Collaborate with TA, Sales Managers, and L&D colleagues to align training with business goals
- Contribute to creating and improving digital learning content for our LMS
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent English speaker (German or Dutch is a big plus)
- Strong background in 360 recruitment (clients + candidates)
- Based in Amsterdam (or surrounding area)
- Real drive and motivation to move into L&D / training
- Passion for delivering impactful trainings and supporting people’s growth
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
