We are looking for Toolpushers to join our client on different Oil & Gas Land Drilling Rig Projects in the Netherlands and Germany !

For this project, your main responsibilities will be:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a deep drilling rig
• Enforcing safety standards of both the client and the company through effective team leadership
• Overseeing rig transport, setup, dismantling, logistics planning, and maintenance activities
• Ensuring operational readiness of all safety systems, including well control equipment, pressure relief systems, flowlines, and kill lines
• Managing material procurement and logistics, including cost control for rig operations
• Evaluating, planning, and continuously developing and qualifying rig personnel
• Ensuring compliance with drilling programs and all country-specific legal requirements for rig operations
• Preparing detailed reports on drilling progress, including daily activity reports

Requirements

• Certified technician in drilling technology or shift supervisor in drilling operations, or equivalent international qualification
• At least 10 years of practical experience on drilling or workover rigs
• Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate – Supervisor Level is an advantage
• SCC018/VCA/MIST or comparable, Medical examination onshore or offshore, IWCF Level 3 or 4 certifications
• Solid understanding of deep drilling and workover processes on highly automated rigs
• Good language domain of English and German
