Investment banking analyst

DC Advisory Benelux is looking for full-time entry level Analysts to join our Amsterdam office.

You will be joining a team of high-calibre professionals, acting as lead advisor to Private Equity investors, entrepreneurs, and corporates on M&A and related capital raisings. We offer fully independent advice, combining our local proximity with global sector expertise to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives.

As a full-time Analyst at DC Advisory’s Amsterdam office, you will be a crucial part of the team from day one. As a result of the team’s lean set-up, you will gain experience of key transactions early on and exposure to all levels of our business. Our international setting is suited to an organised self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

As an Analyst at DC Advisory's Amsterdam office, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting market and sector research
• Preparing company-specific strategic, financial and valuation analyses
• Building financial models
• Drafting marketing materials and client presentations
• Supporting transaction process management

Eligible candidates must meet the below requirements:

• University degree (WO) with top-quartile grades
• M&A Advisory experience in an investment banking environment
• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
• Knowledge of financial accounting and valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and up-to-speed with AI-tools
• Organised team player with high energy and a strong work ethic
