What We Offer
Throughout the course of your internship, you will explore all facets of the Search execution life cycle — from candidate identification, job specification development, and industry and company research, to candidate assessment and placement — under the mentorship of the very best in the executive search industry. Our internship program, which can run between 6 and 12 months on either a part-time basis (minimum 16 hours per week) or full-time, gives you true insight into what a career in Executive Search could be, while helping you develop highly sought-after skills that will support you in any career path you may choose. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment.
