Technical service engineer - netherlands

The headquarters is based in Hangzhou China and the R&D department and manufacturing facilities are based there. Hoymiles has a significant R&D team to design and manufacture state-of-the art microinverters & hybird inverter for the international markets. To develop our business in Netherlands and deliver better service to our customer, build a strong technical support structure we are looking for an experienced

In this role you will:

• Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
• Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
• Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
• Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
• Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
• Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
• Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
• Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
• Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
• Provide sales and marketing support as needed

We are looking for:

• Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
• Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a prefer
• Good communicator with fluent English
