With our strategic expansion in Europe, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Port Machinery Sales Manager to join our team and lead business growth in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).


Position Overview

As the Port Machinery Sales Manager for Benelux, you will be fully responsible for market development, sales growth, and brand positioning in the region. Your focus will be on port authorities, container terminals, and large-scale logistics operators, driving sales of port cranes, automated equipment, and terminal handling solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for port machinery across the Benelux region.
  • Build and manage distributor/partner networks or establish a direct sales model.
  • Target and expand relationships with ports, terminals, and large logistics companies.
  • Lead contract negotiations, project bids, and long-term agreements.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support product and strategy decisions.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation and brand presence in the Benelux market.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in port machinery or heavy equipment sales.
  • Prior experience with companies such as Kalmar, Konecranes, Liebherr, or similar is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the Benelux port and logistics ecosystem.
  • Proven success in building distribution networks or implementing direct sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • Valid work permit in the Benelux region.
