At Damen Naval, we are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Verification Engineer to play a key role in the Verification, Validation, and Acceptance (VV&A) process within the prestigious F126 project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with set requirements, conducting document appraisals, design reviews, and overseeing the traceability of project deliverables from proposal to system acceptance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to maintain the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) and drive physical testing initiatives.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering combined with experience in designing and engineering high-tech complex products.
• Expertise in Configuration Management, Requirements Management, and Systems Engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the VV&A process and working with class-regulated products.
• Experience in dynamic mid-size project environments with high complexity, collaborating closely with project teams and customers.
• Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices, including quality and budget awareness.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required, with proficiency in Dutch and German considered advantageous.
