Group Finance Manager – Amsterdam
An international property group is seeking a Group Finance Manager to join its lean, high-performing finance team. Partnering with Investigo, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on finance professional ready to take ownership across Treasury, Management Accounts, and Tax.
About the Role
This is a pivotal position in a flat-structured organization, offering direct exposure to the CFO and leadership across the business. You’ll lead one team member and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial excellence across the group.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
• Lead Management Accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across entities
• Manage Group Tax compliance, working with external advisors where needed
• Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and financial planning
• Drive process improvements and support business growth
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Ideally 6–8 years post-qualified experience
• Big 4 trained candidates highly desirable
• Experience in real estate or property is a plus, but not essential
• Strong technical knowledge across treasury, tax, and reporting
• Comfortable in a flat structure with high autonomy and accountability
