Charging Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

Location: Netherlands

Full-time | On-site


As a Charging Infrastructure Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of EV charging infrastructure in the Netherlands and Belgium. Acting as the bridge between Technology and Operations, you’ll coordinate maintenance, optimize workflows, and guide junior colleagues (non-disciplinary) to help them grow.


We are looking for someone who combines strong Python and/or Linux expertise with a hands-on mindset and excellent communication skills. This role requires presence at the office, fostering close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for charging infrastructure.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and succeed (non-disciplinary guidance).
  • Collect and analyze data (incl. using Python/Linux) to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
  • Act as the central point of contact between technical service teams, management, and external partners.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are executed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute your expertise as a hands-on engineer and proactive problem solver.


Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and/or Linux (mandatory).
  • Experience in coaching or supporting junior colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English.
  • Willingness to work primarily from the office, with some travel across the Netherlands & Belgium.
  • Ability to self-organize, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Additional training as a master electrician, technician, or similar qualification is a plus.
