Our client is a global entertainment company best known for its streaming platform and they are currently looking for an Talent Sourcer EMEA (hybrid, 40 hours) in Amsterdam.


Must haves:

  • You are experienced Technical Sourcer with innovative sourcing strategy and out of the box thinker.
  • You have extensive experience volume hiring/sourcing in EMEA, with a solid knowledge of the Central and Easter European market (prefer Poland)
  • You have successfully executed candidate engagement strategies to hire high-caliber talent (pipeline or niche).
  • Challenging roles are exciting to you because you like solving complex problems.


Position: Talent Sourcer EMEA (hybrid, 40 hours) Location: Amsterdam


All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.


Offer

  • Temporary agency contract for 6 months with Grafton with possible extension

  • Salary: € 5.787,- gross per month based on 40 hours. No travel allowance reimbursement!

The role:

We are looking for a Researcher who will identify and engage top talent while coaching our hiring partners to make smart recruiting and hiring decisions. You will help build teams that are key to our client’s growth, success, and innovation.


As a recruiting team, we focus on finding great talent, anticipating business needs, and coaching our hiring partners to hire successfully. We don’t solely focus on metrics to determine success. Instead, we also look at the qualitative impact in the form of coaching moments, successful long-term hires, and driving a forward-thinking streamlined recruiting process. We look for people who push the status quo and enjoy spending their time finding creative ways to source and attract talent. What You Will Do:

- Research: You will utilize more than just Linkedin for deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to your hiring team. You will provide a well-rounded search experience to the business, and a great candidate’s experience. You own the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles and ensure the health of the pipeline.

- Engage & Influence: You will utilize your experience to engage and hire top talent and leverage data and market insights to influence the recruiting strategy. You will emphasize the value of building diverse teams.

- Evaluate: You will interview candidates and evaluate their technical skill set and match it to the right role. You will also use those phone conversations to evaluate whether their motivations, interests, and values align with our unique company culture.

- Partner: You will work directly with recruiters and hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You will coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets. You are strategic in your approach and can use research combined with business and market knowledge to influence decision-making.

- Prioritize: You will own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You will use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.


Who you are:

  • Sourcing Experience in CEE/EMEA: You are experienced in sourcing/research of a broad range of profiles, and have experience recruiting technical/engineering profiles. You have successfully executed candidate engagement strategies to hire high-caliber talent (pipeline or niche). Challenging roles are exciting to you because you like solving complex problems.
  • Self-motivated and Driven: You like working autonomously and looking for solutions and impact proactively. You are accustomed to managing competing priorities, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Curious: You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile by researching market trends, and domain technology, and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.
  • Team Player: You communicate constructively, are transparent and share openly with others. You offer your help when you see somebody needs it and recognizes that one’s success isn’t somebody else’s failure. You tend to mentor others, actively listen, and consider different points of view.
