About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager within the Supply Chain Commercialisation team. This person will act as a Project Manager White Dairy, focusing on Design to Value (DtV) projects. The aim is to maximize value and minimize product costs by bridging commercial needs with internal or external production capabilities. This person will collaborate closely with R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, ensuring high-quality project documentation and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DtV/renovation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, stakeholder management, and team
- leadership.
- Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) project execution and compliance with Principal Toolbox updates.
- Prepare CAPEX requests and business cases with expert team members.
- Manage multiple projects across commercial business units in Europe and beyond
Requirements
- MSc / MA / MBA Degree
- 7-10+ years of experience in FMCG with proven project management achievements
- Understanding of product/packaging development and customer supply chain
- Strong business planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Marketing, Supply Chain, and basic Financial Management
- High accountability, pragmatic, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset
