We are looking for an AI Technical Consulting Specialist who can translate complex AI concepts into scalable technology solutions and act as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders.

What will you do?

As an AI Technical Consultant - ServiceNow, you will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions and intelligent workflows within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with CTOs, enterprise architects, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver the technology part of AI-related assessments, blueprints, and roadmaps. You will also contribute to Plat4mation’s internal initiatives to enhance our AI solution offerings from a technical perspective. Your goal will be to build intelligent and future-proof architectures that accelerate digital transformation.

Scope of work

• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for AI and automation within their ServiceNow environment
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow AI functionality
• Design and implement AI-driven technical architectures that solve real business problems
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions focused on AI use cases and value realization
• Perform technical assessments and shape AI roadmaps
• Support sales teams with demos and technical input for AI solution proposals
• Ensure high-quality delivery through sound engineering and integration practices
• Integrate external AI services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Cloud AI) with ServiceNow where applicable
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and data models to support AI-driven processes
• Contribute to Plat4mation internal knowledge sharing and best practices
• Stay current with ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends

We ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of proven experience in delivering AI-related technology solutions within consulting services, ideally using the ServiceNow platform.
• You understand how to drive technical conversations with CTOs and architects and act as a trusted advisor.
• You have experience working in both the sales and delivery phases of technical AI projects.
• Expertise in AI and process automation – this is a must-have. You should be comfortable with concepts such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
• Passion for building AI-based architectures and platform integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow AI terms and concepts such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Skills, AI search, etc.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, S2P, SOM, or ITOM
