Factory worker | oosterhout | 5 shifts

As a factory worker in our 5-shift rotation, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth production of industrial containers in our IBC department. You’ll work closely with your team to maintain high-quality standards and keep the production process running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured environment, and is eager to learn new skills on the job.

What You Will Do:

• Assemble: steel pallets and frames to support our industrial containers.
• Finish: and prepare metal components for production.
• Inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot: minor issues with the support of your colleagues.
• Maintain: a clean and safe work environment in your designated area.
