This role requires a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, hourly rate DOE, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, manage front desk and reception area Provide day-to-day administrative support to management Handle scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office space Prepare and edit documents, reports, and internal communications as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Support various departments with tasks as needed – no job too big or too small Requirements:
