This collaboration emerged with Heineken, focusing on developing successful international campaigns based on creativity, data, and brand experience.

 

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering global influencer campaigns that make impact. You combine strong project and account management skills with a sharp instinct for influencer talent worldwide. In this role, you’ll support and manage campaigns for both local and especially global clients—coordinating stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and creative output from start to finish. You know how to keep all moving parts aligned, while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

 

With a keen eye for creators and cultural trends across markets, you’re able to spot the right talent and turn brand goals into authentic, engaging storytelling. You're proactive, organized, and always looking for (commercial) opportunities to elevate campaigns.You’ll be working within the dynamic network of Boomerang and Publicis Groupe NL—collaborating with media, strategy, and creative experts to create work we can all be proud of.

  • Own and lead the end-to-end management of global influencer campaigns—coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and budgets with precision and ownership.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication, strong relationships, and seamless project delivery.
  • Translate brand objectives into actionable influencer strategies, tailored to global markets and audience dynamics.
  • Scout and secure the right creators across various regions and niches, using both instinct and data to drive perfect brand-influencer alignment.
  • Negotiate smart, fair, and scalable deals with influencers and their management, balancing budget, quality, and long-term relationships.
  • Craft clear and inspiring briefings that set up creators for success while safeguarding brand consistency and campaign goals.
  • Track performance and budget efficiency, analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversions—and turn data into clear, strategic insights.
  • Manage the administrative side of campaigns, including accurate input and tracking in internal systems, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring visibility across teams and stakeholders.
  • Safeguard timelines and budgets, ensuring every phase of the campaign is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
  • Support the growth of client portfolios, spotting new (commercial) opportunities and helping shape broader influencer marketing strategies.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, sharing your project management best practices, stakeholder management skills, and campaign know-how.
  • Champion innovation and team collaboration, staying ahead of influencer trends and actively sharing learnings across the Publicis Groupe NL network.

What do you need?

  • 3 - 5+ years of Influencer Marketing experience in a related environment (partly preferred to be Global Influencer Marketing Experience)
  • Strategic thinker with very strong account & project management skills required
  • You are communicatively adept and have the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and talent, as well as talent agencies
  • Experience in independently developing influencer marketing strategies that account for various social platforms and different strategies achieving different goals
  • Excellent knowledge of the rapidly evolving influencer landscape
  • Proficient in writing/verbalizing and delivering presentations in English (Dutch isn't mandatory, but a nice to have)
  • You are flexible and always open to a challenge
