As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our customers full lifecycle of (bio-)L(C)NG and/or hydrogen refuelling station projects in Europe, from project initiation to final handover. In addition to managing projects, you will also;
- Act as the people manager for the Engineering team, supporting their professional development, performance management, and day-to-day coaching. You will play a vital role in building a high-performing team and ensuring alignment between individual growth and organizational goals.
- You will serve as the central point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring clear communication, timely reporting, and the proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
- You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including procurement, engineering, production, and commissioning engineers, to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality clean energy refuelling stations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering, technology, or business administration.
- Certification such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
- Demonstrable knowledge of technical systems and/or products; experience with P&ID, E&I, European regulations, and L(C)NG is a strong advantage.
- Experience in people management and leading small technical teams is a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. Fluent in Dutch is a plus.
- Skilled in ERP systems (preferably MS Business Central) and MS Office applications.
