As a Machine Operator in Bergschenhoek, you’ll play a key role in the production process. Your main responsibility is to operate and monitor packaging machines, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

In this fast-paced production environment, you’ll be responsible for maintaining equipment, keeping the production line running smoothly, and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Your main duties include:

  • Safely and efficiently operating packaging machines

  • Conducting quality checks to maintain product standards

  • Performing regular maintenance on machinery

This is a full-time position primarily during weekdays, though occasional weekend shifts may be required—with additional pay provided.

The work is organized in a 3-shift rotation (Monday to Friday):

  • Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

  • Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.

  • Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:45 a.m.

Wat wij vragen

  • Previous production experience, ideally within the food industry or in an operator role

  • Skilled in operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery

  • Strong command of spoken English

  • Ability to work with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Wat wij bieden

  • Hourly wage: starting from €18-19 per hour

  • Shift allowance: +14% for 2-shift schedule / +19% for 3-shift schedule

  • Additional pay: +30% for Saturday shifts, +100% for public holidays

  • Vacation allowance: 8%
