If this excites you, join our European Sales team as a Head of Sales, DACH and Eastern Europe. You will report to the EU Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Revenue Officer and focus on creating sustainable revenue growth through top-grade sales execution.
In This Position You Will:
- Devise and gain senior management approval for a sales plan, including targets and KPIs, to drive growth of ClearBank Europe in the DACH and Eastern Europe regions, positioning the company as a long-term partner to clients and creating momentum for change.
- Implement the approved sales plan to achieve short, medium and long-term revenue growth and other KPIs.
- Lead sales campaigns and own the end-to-end sales cycle—marshal internal resources, drive consensus for change and negotiate client contracts to achieve objectives and maximize revenues.
- Embed and manage world-class processes (forecasting, pipeline management, territory management, account planning, etc.) to support growth in the DACH and Eastern Europe regions.
- Develop senior-level contacts with major clients, potential clients and partners to drive market traction.
- Develop and manage the partner ecosystem to enhance ClearBank Europe’s sales effectiveness.
- Recommend pricing and sales strategies to the leadership team to maximise long-term value.
- Contribute to the overall leadership of ClearBank Europe and work with cross-functional teams to manage existing clients and provide market feedback and input into product development.
- As needed, build, develop, coach and lead a top-class sales team capable of driving the business forward, providing strong leadership and a high-performing culture.
What You’ll Bring
- B2B sales and client management experience in Banking or Fintech, with experience selling and managing high-value, complex solutions to multi-stakeholder buyers and long sales cycles.
- Experience in sales strategy development and executing plans to achieve revenue goals and KPIs.
- International experience, preferably across Europe.
- Language skills: excellent English and German; fluency in another European language is a plus.
- Proactive leadership mentality with an inclusive, collaborative approach; a self-starter who engages with the wider team and drives initiative.
- Energy, dynamism, and a positive, action-oriented mindset.
- Drive and ambition to succeed and challenge the status quo.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility, ability to work autonomously, manage momentum, and thrive in a fast-changing environment; data-driven and commercially focused.
