Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the global Product Quality Management System (QMS)
- Standardise and implement SOPs across production and supply chain
- Embed quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP) in new product introduction
- Oversee global Management of Change (MoC) documentation
- Conduct internal/supplier audits (authority to halt production if needed)
- Launch a global QA dashboard tracking scrap, FPY, PPM, and CoQ
- Align regional QA/QC teams under one reporting structure
- Ensure compliance with PPWR, CSRD, ESG, and customer regulations
- Support supplier audits, onboarding, and sustainability checks
- Drive sustainability-led quality efforts (PCR, traceability, recyclability)
Requirements- Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
- Senior quality leadership in packaging/plastics manufacturing
- Strong with QMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001), CAPA, 8D, RCA
- Experienced with NPI, APQP/PPAP, control plans, MoC
- Able to lead audits, influence globally, and stop lines if required
- Data-driven, systems thinker with global execution mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally (25–50%)
Nice to Have- Knowledge of PPWR, CSRD, ESG, and LCA audits
- Experience with SPC, MSA, DoE, and digital quality tools
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid | 25–50% International Travel)
Salary: Up to €120,000 base + benefits
