Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT to establish, develop, lead and scale our IT infrastructure, digital strategy, and technology systems across our European operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Implementation & Digital Planning: Execute group business/IT strategies in Europe, driving digital transformation across sales, marketing, supply chain, service, finance, HR, and data analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration: Partner with product divisions and functional departments on business process architecture, data integration, and project implementation.
  • Collaboration with Group IT Center: Align with global digital requirements, resource integration, and system architecture.
  • Optimize digital workflows and data systems by collaborating with supply chain, sales/marketing, finance, service, and HR teams.
  • IT Infrastructure & Security: Build scalable, secure infrastructure (cloud, networks, cybersecurity, hardware/software). Ensure compliance with GDPR and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Enterprise Systems Management: Oversee ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications for performance optimization and cross-departmental integration.
  • Organizational Leadership: Establish, develop, and lead the European IT organization. Manage IT budgets, vendors, and regional technology partnerships.
  • Cultural & Operational Liaison: Bridge communication between headquarters in China and European teams, fostering cross-cultural collaboration.
The Successful Applicant
  • Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in IT leadership, including 2+ years in Europe (residency/work experience required).
  • Experience in multicultural, distributed teams and integrating different cultures.
  • IT architecture experience in large-scale Asian enterprises (¥10B+ revenue) and 2+ years in European IT strategy/project implementation.
  • Proficiency in CRM implementation (2+ medium/large European projects as PM, architect, or key contributor).
  • Background in complex durable goods (e.g., 3C, home appliances, bicycle), with expertise in European 3C channel IT systems.
  • Deep understanding of EU IT compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Familiarity with European sales/service workflows, service system development, and sales-production collaboration.
  • Strong business analysis, product planning, and trend sensitivity.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
  • High accountability and teamwork orientation.
