As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, leading complex projects for forward-looking IAM solutions that align with business objectives. You will drive transformation projects, foster client relationships, and advocate for IAM best practices and innovations.

What You’ll Do as Principal Consultant

• Customer interaction: presenting the Traxion IAM portfolio to executive teams and advising clients on IAM solutions for business optimization.
• Project management: analyzing and evaluating requirements from various stakeholders to develop IAM architectures; managing the implementation and integration of IAM solutions across multiple projects; leading customer acceptance at management level.
• Sales: contributing to new business and cross-sell opportunities by owning proposal processes (sometimes with external partners), contributing to RFPs/tenders, and building strong client relationships.
• Subject matter expert: advocating for IAM best practices and innovations, knowledge sharing, coaching and inspiring less experienced colleagues.

As Principal Consultant at SITS | Traxion, you will be a point of contact and trusted advisor to key clients while leading some of our largest and most complex IAM projects. You will work with a team of Technical and Business Consultants to provide a consensus-based security architecture solution that is scalable, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business needs, ensuring the security of client systems and data.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Experience: Ample consulting, designing, and implementing IT solutions. Experience leading large, complex, dynamic projects. Strong knowledge of the IAM industry. Familiar with information security regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) and how they affect IAM practices. Experience with IAM products such as SailPoint, Okta, and/or Omada.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management across levels with a commercial mindset. Ability to analyze complex tasks, work independently and lead a team. Critical thinking, self-organization, proactivity and quality-driven approach.
• Languages: Business proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Education/certifications: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Engineering or equivalent.
• Driver’s License: Valid EU driver’s license.
• Work Eligibility: Must already hold a valid working visa and live in the Netherlands or Belgium to qualify.
