• Supervise HAIX production quality and processes at the location Vranje in Serbia
  
• You will manage and train staff, monitor workflows, ensure adherence to instructions and collaborate with the warehouse for material preparation
  
• Coordinate orders, oversee testing and sample development and ensure machine maintenance and safety at work
  
• You will proactively organize production flow, enforce error prevention and maintain proper organization in the production
  
• You will report directly to the board of management (submit weekly reports)
  
• It will be your responsibility to conduct quality control targets, implement FIX plans and evaluate protocols
  

• 
  
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company with responsibility for projects and close collaboration with decision-makers
  
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving is essential and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role
  
• Ability to analyze processes and think critically about ways to improve efficiency
  
• Confidence in decision-making and assertiveness in achieving goals
  
• You should prefer working closely with production processes
  
• Proficiency in German and/or English is required for effective communication with the stakeholders
