Inbound shipment tracking from factories and suppliers, problems resolution and process improvement and follow-up.
Work with shipping carriers to achieve agreed performance levels (FedEx, Expeditors, Arvato UPS, Mainfreight and DHL)
Work with Field Engineers to resolve parts availability issues and part delivery delays.
Manage the reverse logistics process and provide logistics support for the return of systems, instruments and accessories, and spare parts
Ensure timely shipment of all outbound system, instrument and accessory, and spare parts shipments to meet contractual obligations and customer requirements
Able to resolve receiving and shipping issues
Review inventory shortages and discrepancies for root cause, corrective action, and preventative measures
Manage international shipping documentation requirements
Support international trade compliance requirements
Coordinate execution of cycle count processes for inventory count and reconciliation, including initial troubleshooting of 3PL interface issues
Contributing member of cross-functional teams that target continuous improvements for operational excellence and continuous improvements.

Holds a Bachelor's degree
Possess prior logistics experience in receiving, shipping, and/or logistics operations support
Familiarity with time critical shipments, sameday and next business day
