Are you ready to make a real impact? As an Underwriter in Accident & Health, you'll be at the heart of helping businesses protect their most valuable asset — their people. Whether it’s about workplace hazards or ensuring business travel safety, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding organizations to make smarter, more informed decisions. You’ll be the one who assessing risk and offering smart, effective solutions that keep companies resilient, no matter the challenge.

This isn’t just about managing policies — it’s about building meaningful relationships with global insurance brokers, spotting opportunities, and delivering real value. And is doesn’t stop there — you’ll look beyond our A&H portfolio to uncover cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with other expert underwriters as well as our Claims-, Operations-, and Global Services teams to deliver a world-class experience and product suite.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Success & Business Growth: You’ll manage existing contracts, underwrite new business, and act as a strategic advisor for strategic brokers. With your expertise you will guide our partners to well-informed decisions, ensuring the workforce of our clients stays protected, while driving both our and their business performance.
• Brand Champion: As a Chubb ambassador, you’ll be the go-to expert for brokers and clients alike — someone they trust to deliver smart solutions and excellent service. You’ll drive acquisition, maximize retention, and uncover ways to further improve our proposition.
• Innovation & Product Evolution: You don’t just deliver — you’ll help shape our future. You’ll contribute to the development and fine-tuning of our product offerings to keep them competitive and compelling in a fast-changing world.
