In this role you’ll get to:Identify new opportunities or product challenges that are in line with the long-term vision of Harver, by:
Analysing the market and staying informed on the competition and technological trends;Gathering and processing feedback from important internal stakeholders;Using product analytics to get insights into adoption rates and how end-users are using the platform;Performing qualitative interviews with (potential) customers about their challenges and jobs to be done;Conducting extensive research and transforming new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives;Ideating on multiple solutions and validating your concepts and assumptions with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the solution is feasible, viable, and desirable;Breaking down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories and creating a release planning with clear milestones that will result in continuous delivery of valuable software to the end-users;Continuously informing and managing internal and external stakeholders on roadmap changes and progress;Creating a go-to-market strategy and maintaining all documentation needed for selling and using the product functionalities;Monitoring and improving delivered software to steer towards business objectives;Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks & participating in professional societies.We will offer you:- A competitive base salary and an incentive program;

We are looking for people who have:At least 5 years of experience with Product development in an agile SaaS environment;
Proven experience in Product Management methodologies;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Creative mindset and desire to create innovative and successful products;
Flexibility and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
