The Team

The TH Product Strategy & Operations department plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Tommy Hilfiger. We are responsible for Product Strategy, Go-to-Market, and Data & Process Development, working cross-functionally to drive long-term growth. Within this, the Product Strategy team sets the strategic frameworks, translates them into actionable initiatives, and partners with product leadership to deliver against our 3- to 5-year vision.

The Position

The Senior Manager, Global Product Strategy will be a key driver of strategic planning for the brand, owning the strategic product initiatives while also leading strategy development for select Business Units (BUs). This role will be instrumental in aligning market, product, and consumer insights into actionable plans that guide growth, efficiency, and innovation. Reporting directly to the Director, Product Strategy, this role will act as a thought partner to senior leaders, leading critical initiatives and ensuring strong execution and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead identification of annual product priorities and establish KPI reporting frameworks to measure progress and impact.
  • Partner with BU leaders to design long-term product strategies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial targets.
  • Define, scope, and manage strategic initiatives from end-to-end, including:
    • Establishing objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
    • Creating roadmaps and managing cross-functional dependencies.
    • Setting governance routines, ensuring accountability, and anticipating risks.

  • Support prioritization of initiatives to drive clarity, focus, and maximum business impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by enabling effective decision-making and supporting change management.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of strategic programs.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, equally comfortable with high-level vision setting and hands-on execution. You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and have the ability to influence without direct authority.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in product strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic planning, ideally within a multinational, Fortune 500, or consulting environment. Experience in consumer goods or fashion is essential.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Continuous improvement mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • A collaborative, open personality and proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
