You’ll combine strategic vision, data-driven execution, and cross-team leadership to turn awareness into lasting advocacy.

Take Ownership:

  • Shape quarterly channel strategies: define audiences, themes, budgets, and targets.

  • Balance long-term brand building with high-intent capture, ensuring growth across awareness and consideration.

  • Run disciplined reviews: weekly check-ins, monthly deep-dives, and quarterly planning, all tracked in a single growth/test backlog.

  • Lead with accountability: own budgets, guide a team of 10+, coach channel owners, and align with Content, Partnerships, Product Growth, Data, Compliance, and Finance to deliver measurable impact.
