We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Associate to join our team and help scale our user acquisition and retention strategies. You will work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and execute experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user experience
- Run A/B tests and track performance metrics
- Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, or analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels

- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising
