What you will build
- Develop relationships with company owners and a qualified acquisition pipeline.
- Lead commercial assessment, valuation and transaction coordination.
- Build investment cases with a credible operating and integration plan.
- Work closely with operating leaders, finance and advisers through diligence and handover.

- Experience taking acquisitions through assessment, valuation, diligence and transaction execution.
- Commercial understanding of operating businesses and the requirements of successful integration.
