Scope of Work

  • Proven track record of personal responsibility for configuring and maintaining CRM systems; direct platform experience is required.
  • Familiarity with at least two connected tools outside the CRM (e.g., quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking solutions).
  • Strong operational judgment, particularly in navigating and resolving policy conflicts without overcomplicating processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, actionable documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new workflows and systems among sales and customer success professionals.
  • Experience producing detailed reports and ensuring data integrity across multiple revenue systems is highly valued.
