As Manager Fresh, you are the face of our fresh departments, ensuring our customers always leave satisfied. You're an expert in fresh products and gladly share this knowledge with your team. You're always on the store floor, closely monitoring the quality of all fresh products, ensuring customers find high-quality products in clean sections every day.

But it doesn't stop there. As a Manager Fresh, you're also responsible for leading your team, ensuring everyone operates like a well-oiled machine. Hiring new talent and conducting performance reviews are also part of your responsibilities. You're known for striking the right balance between hard work, enjoying the job, and fostering a high level of involvement in the department. Together, you manage to achieve this day in and day out!

What's already in your shopping basket?
