My client is looking for a Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to support a large-scale supply chain transformation programme. The successful consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring and optimising SAP IBP solutions, working closely with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions across multiple planning streams.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
- Configure and optimise SAP IBP modules, including:
- IBP Demand Planning
- IBP Supply Planning
- IBP Inventory Optimization
- IBP Response & Supply
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
- Define planning processes, KPIs and solution roadmaps.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO and other enterprise systems.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT and defect resolution.
- Provide guidance on best practices for supply chain planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration, data modelling and reporting requirements.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise across the programme.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
- 4+ years of hands‑on SAP IBP implementation experience.
- Proven delivery experience in at least two end‑to‑end SAP IBP projects.
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP processes.
- Experience designing planning models, master data and key figure structures.
- Hands‑on configuration experience within SAP IBP.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to work independently within international project teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
- SAP IBP Certification.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Experience with Control Tower and Supply Chain Visibility solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP APO migration programmes.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
