- Responsibilities and duties: Design end-to-end housing financing solutions that create intuitive customer experiences and support financial health for Dutch homeowners.
- Objective of the assignment: Lead UX design projects from research through implementation, collaborate with stakeholders, apply design systems, and deliver scalable housing solutions.
- Designing end-to-end solutions within the Housing domain: researching users, analyzing their behavior, and visualizing, creating, and improving design concepts that provide direction to product teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and developers to translate business requirements into innovative solutions.
- Apply the Rabobank Design System in concept development and design new components to expand the existing library.
