The Role
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors.
- Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality audit services.
- Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider audit practice.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Experience at Audit Manager or Senior Manager level, or ready to take the next step.
- Strong technical audit knowledge and excellent client management skills.
- A relevant professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to develop and progress.
