Technical support technician

• You repair, inspect, test and complete tools according to established work instructions.
• You carry out standard repairs and restore tools for safe and timely reuse.
• You check tool functionality and perform standard inspections, measurements and functional tests.
• You replenish missing parts using checklists and the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• You record the work performed and the tool status accurately in SAP and other digital systems.
• You use a Spotfire dashboard to work through your assigned priorities.
• You recognise known failures and resolve them following the available work instructions.
• You escalate deviations you cannot identify or resolve to a Senior Technician or Team Lead.
• You carry out the final inspection and deliver tools safely, complete and on schedule.

Must-haves

• An MBO level 4 diploma with a technical background (for example mechanical engineering or mechatronics).
• Practical, hands-on technical experience, for example in machine building, tool assembly or maintenance.
• You can read and follow work instructions, checklists and Technical Product Documentation (TPD).
• You work accurately and keep your registration and administration in order.
• Clear communication in English and the ability to escalate deviations in time.
• Available to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Willing to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with tools for lithography systems, machine build or tool assembly in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Spotfire dashboards, or the willingness to learn.
• Experience working in a cleanroom.
• A strong sense of safety, quality and ownership, and you enjoy working in a team.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,000, including shift allowance.
