- 8-10 years of professional experience within the financial services or financial markets sector.
- Proven track record of 4-6 years in successfully delivering large-scale change initiatives, transformation programs, or project epics, preferably within an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong experience working with Financial Markets businesses and a sound understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on exposure to financial market participants, including brokers, Central Counterparties (CCPs), trading venues, and other financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Financial Markets regulations, including EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Financial Markets products, including derivatives, bonds, and other asset classes.
- Familiarity with regulatory obligations and compliance requirements applicable to various financial products and asset classes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and operational processes.
