Shift coördinator logistiek / terminal coordinator

In deze rol stuur je de dagelijkse operatie aan op een van onze centrale hub in Vianen. Je stuurt een team van collega's aan, en zorgt dat pakketten voor bezorging, retourzendingen en kluisvoorraad snel en nauwkeurig worden verwerkt. Jij bent de sleutel tot een georganiseerde, veilige en tijdig verlopende shift.

• Coachen & Motiveren: Begeleid en inspireer je team van collega's om de shiftdoelen te behalen.

• Procesbeheer: Zorg voor een nauwkeurige en efficiënte verwerking van alle pakketstromen.

• Probleemoplossing: Signaleer operationele knelpunten snel en werk samen met Managers en Team Managers om workflows te optimaliseren.

• Veiligheid & Prestaties: Waarborg een veilige, positieve werkomgeving, monitor prestatiecijfers en geef directe feedback.

• Ondersteuning: Werk nauw samen met chauffeurs en andere teams om de bezorging vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.

• Je hebt een achtergrond in de logistiek.

• Je bent een proactieve, positieve en enthousiasmerende teamleider.

• Je kunt communiceren in het Engels (Nederlands is een grote plus).

• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor ploegendiensten, inclusief avonden en nachten.

• Je floreert in een dynamische, hands-on werkomgeving.

• Je bent woonachtig in Nederland en hebt het recht om hier te werken.

• Salaris: Je start met een vast basissalaris van € 2.800,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. fulltime / 40 uur). Door onze gunstige toeslagen loopt jouw werkelijke maandinkomen al snel op richting de € 3.500,- bruto per maand of meer, afhankelijk van de shifts en dagen die je werkt.

• Toeslagen:

  35% nachttoeslag

  50% op zaterdag

  60% op zondag

• Financiële extra's: 8% vakantiegeld + 100% door de werkgever betaald pensioen (0% eigen bijdrage).

• Vrije tijd: 26 vakantiedagen + vrij op je verjaardag.

• Extra's: Reiskostenvergoeding, € 25,- welzijnsvergoeding per maand.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations at our central hub in Vianen. You will lead a team of collegagues and ensure that packages for delivery, returns, and locker restocking are processed quickly and accurately. You are the key to keeping the shift organized, safe, and running on time.

• Lead & Motivate: Coach and guide your team of colleagues to hit shift goals.

• Process Management: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all package flows.

• Problem Solving: Identify operational roadblocks quickly and collaborate with Managers and Logistics Team Leaders to optimize workflows.

• Safety & Performance: Maintain a safe, positive work environment, monitor shift metrics, and give direct feedback.

• Driver & Team Support: Partner with drivers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.

• Background in logistics.

• Proactive, positive, and energizing team leader.

• Able to communicate in English (Dutch is a big bonus).

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and nights.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Currently living in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.

• Salary: You start with a fixed base salary of €2,800 gross per month (based on full-time / 40 hours). With our shift allowances, your actual monthly income easily reaches around €3,500 gross per month or more, depending on the shifts and days you work.

• Allowance:
  35% night allowance

  50% Saturday allowance

  60% Sunday allowance
