To support the continued growth of DNV Training Benelux, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training Specialist to join our team.

As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training courses to professionals across the Benelux. You will facilitate both public courses and in-company training programs, helping organizations improve their competence, compliance and business performance.

In addition to delivering training, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our training portfolio, ensuring our courses remain relevant, practical and aligned with market needs.

You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Training Operations, Certification and Subject Matter Experts throughout DNV.

You will report to the Area Sales & Training Manager Benelux.

  • Proven experience in delivering professional training courses, workshops, or educational programs.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of one or more disciplines such as Management Systems, Food Safety, Quality Management, Information Security, Sustainability, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Ability to engage and inspire participants from different professional backgrounds.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux region when required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and digital learning environments is considered an advantage.
