Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and co-create ServiceNow solutions, such as flows, catalogue items, and applicationsLead collaborative discussions to clarify requirements, explain available options, and guide teams through practical decision-making with clarity and empathySupport the quality and usability of ServiceNow data and services, including CMDB configuration items and relationships, data imports, the Service Catalog, Request Management, and IT Asset ManagementMaintain the overall health of the ServiceNow environment, including monitoring supporting architecture, overseeing license usage, troubleshooting, and resolving issuesDevelop scalable ServiceNow solutions for prioritized IT and business needs, using standard methodologies and patterns and supporting REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations where neededSupport and improve ITSM processes and ServiceNow functionality, identifying opportunities for continual improvement and applying ITIL best practices where appropriate What you bring
Bachelors/HBO level education, preferably in Computer Science1+ years of ServiceNow System Administration experienceCertified ServiceNow Administrator (Implementation Specialist Certification a plus)Experience with ITSM processes and implementing ServiceNow processes and functionsExperience with and developing with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, JavaScript etc.)Fluency in English, both spoken and writtenClose enough?
