Production worker

Your responsibilities will include:

• Packaging and repackaging large quantities of cheese in accordance with the applicable customer specifications;

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring automated packaging machines;

• Inspecting the quality of cheese products and packaging;

• Checking labels, expiry dates, and packaging requirements;

• Replenishing packaging materials, such as film, boxes, and pallets;

• Moving and preparing full pallets for transport to the dispatch department;

• Identifying and reporting malfunctions and deviations in the production process;

• Cleaning machines and work areas in accordance with applicable hygiene and HACCP guidelines;

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment;

• Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules and quality objectives.

You will be working at Royal A-ware Ripening in Zeewolde, part of Royal A-ware, an international family-owned business specialising in cheese production, ripening, packaging, and distribution, among other activities.

The Bulk Packaging department processes and packages large quantities of cheese for customers in the Netherlands and abroad. The department operates modern production lines, with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

The team has an informal working atmosphere where colleagues work closely together, support one another, and contribute to an efficient and smooth production process. The work is generally carried out in shifts.
