Your role Deliver across Europe: From our international logistics center in Tilburg, you are responsible for deliveries to all 20 Dutch stores, e-commerce platforms and online orders for customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany Ireland.brVergroot uw kans op een sollicitatiegesprek door het volgende overzicht van deze functie te lezen voordat u solliciteert.brPower our operations: You join a dedicated logistics team of 300 teammates (up to 420 in peak season).brYou work in a specific department with its own core processes, such as order picking, packing or the returns processing.brYou can choose to work in an active, high-energy environment (taking over 20,000 steps a day) or in a stationary setup.brNext level moves: In addition to your daily responsibilities, you continuously develop into key leadership roles such as 'captain' or 'trainer'.brAs a captain, you provide daily guidance to your team, and as a trainer, you onboard and coach teammates in process optimization, safety, and personal growth.brWe will look together at which path fits you best!
