Do you have experience in seed pelleting and seed treatment, are you quality-oriented, and do you have good spoken and written Dutch skills? As an Operations Specialist, you ensure that customer orders are processed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with the applicable quality standards. You work closely with your team and provide support wherever needed to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Packing and repacking seeds, both mechanically and manually. Setting up, adjusting, converting, and cleaning packaging machines and other equipment. Performing physical and visual quality checks in accordance with the four-eyes principle. Preparing, carrying out, and completing production orders in accordance with established procedures. Identifying and reporting deviations relating to quality, machinery, and work areas.
