Join JBT Marel as a Field Service Engineer and work with advanced machinery for the global food processing industry. Based in Boxmeer, the Netherlands, you will travel to customer sites to install, commission and troubleshoot automated production lines. With a background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering and experience with PLC-controlled systems, you will help customers keep their operations running smoothly.brAs a Field Service Engineer, you will combine practical technical work, fault-finding and direct customer contact. Installing, commissioning and testing industrial machinery and production systems at customer sites;brCarrying out service, maintenance and repair activities to ensure reliable machine performance;brSupporting customers on-site and remotely, explaining technical issues and helping them find solutions;brCollaborating with customers and international colleagues to complete service activities effectively;brReporting technical findings, service activities and any follow-up actions required.brTo be successful in this role, you should have a solid technical foundation and experience in an industrial environment. A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering;brExperience in an industrial environment involving machinery or automated production processes;brA good command of English;brCandidates with experience in packaging lines, food processing equipment or other industrial production lines are especially interesting.
