pJobster is a predictive job advertising platform building recruitment marketing technology. We are looking for an analytical and action-oriented Marketing Analytics Campaigns Intern to join our international marketing team to bridge the gap between data insights and marketing execution. /ppResponsibilities /pulliAnalyze Identify: Dive deep into customer data, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to monitor campaign performance and proactively spot which clients or sectors need attention. /liliData-Driven E-mail Campaigns: Translate your insights into action. Segment databases and build targeted, automated e-mail recruitment campaigns to reactivate candidates and optimize performance. /liliActionable Reporting: Structure your findings into clear, impactful reports and dashboards, providing the customer success team with the right insights to advise clients. /liliOptimize for Success: Continuously A/B test and optimize campaign metrics (CPC). /liliCollaborate: Work closely with our commercial teams to align your data insights and campaign strategies with overall client goals. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliActive HBO/WO student. Preferred studies include Online Marketing, Data-Driven Marketing, Econometrics, International Business, or Business Analytics. /liliAnalytical mindset with experience working with numbers and spreadsheets. /liliAbility to translate metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA) into concrete actions. /liliExperience with or a strong desire to master Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-mail marketing/automation tools. /liliFluent in English.
